Part Time Sales Assistant

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team at Prouds Fairfield Central, a renowned jewellery retailer with a rich legacy in Australia.

As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service experiences for customers to find their ideal jewellery pieces
  • Achieve set sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
  • Perform operational tasks, including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
