Psychologist Opportunity for Growth and Development

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team at Humanity Health Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities.
As a Psychologist with our organization, you will have the chance to work across various brands, including Back2Work and Care Squared, and contribute to delivering high-quality allied health care solutions that generate life-enhancing results.
You will be responsible for providing quality therapy and intervention to help individuals get 'job ready' through onsite clinics, vocational interventions, and other support services. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills, as well as experience working with individuals with disabilities.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key referrers, customers, and local health professionals. Key Responsibilities- Run onsite clinics delivering evidence-based, practical, and tailored interventions for individuals or groups from teens to older adult
- Deliver vocational intervention to increase a job seeker's work readiness, underpinned by work-focussed CBT
- Manage your own calendar to meet client expectations and workload
- Conduct mini-mental health training sessions on site for employment services staff
- Liaise with local health professionals and services as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your key referrers / customers
- An approved Psychology degree with general/provisional or eligibility for provisional registration with AHPRA
- Experience working with individuals with a disability
- A passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients
- Evidence of completion of the NDIS mandatory orientation module
- High levels of verbal and written communication skills
- A satisfactory criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent)
- Working with vulnerable people check (or state equivalent)
- A valid Australian Drivers License and access to own vehicle
