We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aged Care Clinical Manager to join our team at Bupa Glenvale. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning, and evaluation
  • Support and lead the care home clinical team, including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations, and delegation
  • Review clinical incidents, complaints, and changes, ensuring compliance with AN ACC assessments
  • Lead person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents, including case conferencing with families and carers
  • Prepare and conduct clinical governance audits, ensuring optimal resident care
  • Liaise with allied health, medical practitioners, and other services to provide comprehensive care to our residents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration is essential
  • Post-graduate qualification in aged care is highly regarded
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a care home with 30+ beds
  • Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting
  • Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
  • Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
