**Company Overview**

Connect Personnel is an engineering, design and project management consultancy with a rich history of delivering diverse engineering projects. We are currently seeking an experienced engineer to join our team on a 6-month project, with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Job Description**

As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of road infrastructure projects in compliance with Transport and Main Roads' Governance framework. Your key duties will include:

  • Project management: overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Tendering and estimating: supporting the effective development and delivery of road infrastructure projects through tendering and estimating activities.
  • Contract document reviews: analyzing offers, programming planning, and pre-construction activities to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Determining engineering requirements: identifying materials, critical components, and systems necessary for project management and delivery.
  • Maintaining standards and policies: adhering to all relevant standards, policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements for design and construction of road infrastructure projects.
  • Quality management: ensuring that all quality management procedures are followed to facilitate the delivery of road projects to a high and consistent standard.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant engineering experience, particularly in road infrastructure projects.
  • Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of road infrastructure projects.
  • A current Class C driver's license.
