Storage Solutions Expert

The Storage Consultant plays a key role in the day-to-day management of our store network. This part-time position supports the management team to deliver exceptional customer service and results.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about problem-solving, taking ownership of tasks, and delivering great customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer sales and service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Administrative support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
- Facility maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by performing routine maintenance tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Self-motivation and ability to work using own initiative or with support and direction
- Passion for delivering customer service excellence
- Team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks
- Goal-orientated and results-driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Physical fitness
- Driver's license
