Endpoint Security Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Endpoint Security Expert to join our Data Security team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure endpoint solutions across diverse infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms including Workspace ONE, Intune, and Apple Business Manager
  • Administer Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments using VMware Horizon View, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, and Horizon TrueSSO
  • Ensure endpoint compliance with security standards, applying best practices across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and IoT devices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support VMware Cloud on AWS and core AWS services
  • Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, incident resolution for end-user devices and virtual environments
  • Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell and scripting tools to streamline provisioning, configuration, and reporting
  • Oversee inventory management, digital asset compliance, and capacity planning for endpoint infrastructure
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles to support self-service and internal enablement
  • Engage stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and performance optimization

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in endpoint management, endpoint security, and VDI technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, macOS, iOS, Android, and Android for Work
  • Familiarity with SAN/NAS storage, networking concepts, and operating system internals
  • Certifications such as VCP-DTM or VCAP-DTM are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach to client interaction and support
