About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Advisor to join our team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. As a Business Development Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our national Disputes practice groups with their client and market growth initiatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities at a practice, client and market level
  • Work with client teams to build relationships
  • Share insights within and across client teams and the broader Disputes practices
  • Take responsibility and ownership for the execution of business development priorities
  • Work closely with the Practice Group Leader, Partners and Clients, providing subject matter expertise
  • Mentor and provide support and guidance to Business Development Advisers and Coordinators
Requirements
  • Marketing degree or relevant business qualification
  • 4+ years' experience in Business Development, within law or professional services
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to positively influence a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with tender processes, including drafting
