Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced academic to join our team as a casual instructor at the City West campus. As a sessional academic, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing students in various business subjects.

Your primary duties will include developing and delivering engaging lectures, workshops, and tutorials, as well as assessing student performance and providing feedback. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and participate in faculty meetings and other professional development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a relevant qualification (AQF level 9 or higher) and have significant experience in teaching and/or industry expertise in business or a related field.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders. A strong commitment to academic integrity, diversity, and inclusion is also essential.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
