About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Brand and Digital Designer to join our pioneering design team. As a key member, you'll lead the conceptualization and execution of design solutions for complex quantum concepts, contributing to the evolution of our brand and setting the standard for the emerging industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing compelling designs across brand, digital, web, and print, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand values and identity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design principles into our brand, marketing, and products.
- Overseeing design projects, managing stakeholders, and solving problems efficiently to ensure seamless execution.
- Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of a cohesive visual language, focusing on brand expression, consistency, and efficiency in our design workflows.
- Championing a culture of design excellence, guiding fellow designers through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in brand and digital design.
- A proven track record as a Senior Designer/Art Director with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in their craft.
- Expertise in translating abstract concepts into compelling design experiences across brand, digital, web, and print.
- A creative thinker with a systematic approach to problem-solving using the design process.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on iterative design and rapid prototyping.
