Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will thrive in a hands-on role, embracing the unique challenges of an exclusive club environment while ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards at all times.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen setting;
  • Availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends;
  • Demonstrates exceptional personal grooming and hygiene;
  • Commits to outstanding service standards;
  • Possesses a solid understanding of both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen;
  • Wash and sanitize dishes;
  • Support kitchen maintenance;
  • Assist in food preparation tasks;
  • Help with clearing and maintaining the lounge area;
  • Manage daily stock levels and inventory;
  • Exhibit efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.

This role requires flexibility across a 7-day roster. However, please note:

  • Working hours will be coordinated to accommodate both the club's needs and your preferences;
  • You will not be obligated to work every weekend if you prefer otherwise;
  • Your contributions as a team member will be valued and respected;
  • Your suggestions and ideas will be welcomed and implemented.
