About the Role

As a Member Support Consultant at Goodlife Health Clubs, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. Your primary objective will be to inspire and empower individuals to achieve their wellness goals through exceptional customer service and proactive sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive and engaging interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regularly engage with new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey and recommend club-based products that enhance their experience
About You
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and a desire to help others succeed in their goals
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities, including listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
What We Offer
  • A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super
