Senior Full Stack Developer

We are in the process of rebuilding our core business platform from scratch. Our entire operations rely heavily on this system, which has a solid foundation in place. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with technical expertise to lead the second phase of development.

About the Role

This hands-on position requires you to code, design, shape technical direction, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with external partners. You will also play a key role in integrating AI into workflows, redefining how our people and clients interact with our platform in smarter, faster, and more automated ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rethink and extend the core architecture of the audit platform, balancing existing foundations with future scalability.
  • Contribute directly to coding in .NET Core, C#, SQL, and Azure, ensuring high-quality, maintainable solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers, guide external contractors, and set coding standards for consistency and quality.
  • Work with senior leadership and product managers to identify and deliver AI-driven enhancements that improve workflows, automation, and client experience.
  • Translate business, audit, and compliance requirements into robust technical design.
  • Oversee production performance, security, and maintainability, ensuring the platform remains reliable and compliant.
About You
  • Achitectural experience in building or rebuilding core business platforms.
  • Strong SQL, data modeling, and microservices knowledge.
  • Experience guiding small teams, juniors, or external developers.
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, secure coding practices, and regulatory-driven environments.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, automation frameworks, or embedding intelligent workflows highly regarded.
  • Experience in RegTech, accounting, or auditing platforms is advantageous.
