About this Opportunity:
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Land Services Officer to implement land management legislation, undertake assessments of related applications, lead projects, and advise on best practice.
Key Responsibilities will include working with landholders, identifying vegetation, plant communities, and recording accurate field data. You will also be responsible for leading projects, advising on best practice, and collaborating with team members to deliver land management outcomes.
This mid-senior level position requires a strong understanding of the Local Land Services Act 2013, Land Management (Native Vegetation) Code 2018, and other planning legislation and instruments. Excellent communication skills are essential to provide frontline advice on land management matters.
