">We are seeking a skilled Lending Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing lending activities and ensuring exceptional client experience and satisfaction.
">Your key accountabilities will include:
">- Customer – Providing tailored lending solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations
- People – Collaborating with frontline bankers to sponsor deals and ensure identified risks are mitigated
- Process / Risk – Executing lending activities in a timely manner and ensuring high-quality analysis, management & reporting of Credit, Market, Operational & Compliance key risks
- Reputation – Ensuring best interests of the client and the bank are in line with community expectations
- Financial – Delivering risk that balances business, customer and regulatory requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
">- Proven experience within a Banking/Financial services industry
- Some years of experience in a lending capacity
- Well-proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
