WorkPac is seeking a Project Engineer to assist with project planning, execution, and finalization. The role involves working on new and ongoing projects, with a focus on delivering projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have experience in the Civil and Construction industry and a strong interest in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement safety management systems to protect personnel and assets.
  2. Establish and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  3. Execute production plans to meet business targets and optimize operational efficiency.
  4. Manage day-to-day project operations, including stakeholder engagement and resource allocation.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including development of competencies and skills.
  6. Identify and implement improvement initiatives to minimize risk and exposure.
  7. Reinforce company values and culture within the project team.
  8. Collaborate with the business unit on technical and practical engineering tasks.
  9. Manage the supply of precast products to civil infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant engineering qualification, such as Mechanical, Civil, or other relevant disciplines.
  2. Industry experience in Civil Construction or related fields, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  3. Practical experience in prestress, precast, or reinforced concrete.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. C-class driver's license.
