">We have recently been chosen as the preferred provider for residential aged care sites in the region and are looking for talented therapists to join us in servicing those sites.
">Your Opportunity:
">You will play a vital role in supporting older people to stay active, independent and connected to their communities.
">Guided by our clinicians and through our Plena Care Pathway, you will help deliver reablement-focused programs that make a real difference in residents' lives.
">Responsibilities:
">You will be responsible for:
">- ">
- Supporting mobility and functional programs;">
- Assisting with restorative therapy;">
- Facilitating falls prevention and active ageing group sessions;">
- Assisting with pressure care and pain management plans;">
- Collaborating with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and care staff to deliver resident-centred support.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent experience;">
- Australian working rights;">
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check;">
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within a dedicated region.">
