Key Responsibilities- Verify and sign operational jobs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Release shipments for distribution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage the change of product status, both physically and systematically, following client instructions and applicable guidelines.
- Lead packaging instruction forms for secondary packaging relabeling tasks, ensuring Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance.
- Perform quality checks on relabeling processes in the absence of a Local Quality Representative.
- Provide instructions to depot staff on protocols stored at the warehouse depot.
- Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist, supporting depot operational activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with government legislative and local health requirements.
- Maintain and assure compliance with applicable International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH), GMP, GCP, GDP, local regulatory requirements, legal requirements, and company guidelines.
- Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform periodic depot self-inspections as required.
- Identify and report potential problems arising from personnel management.
- Manage expired stock to ensure it is moved to quarantine status.
- Participate in on-call rosters 24/7.
- Contribute to reviewing and authoring global and local SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and Technical Requirements Notes (TRNs).
- Work in various temperature-controlled environments, including +15 to +25°C, +2 to +8°C, and -20 to -30°C.
- Perform packing processes for inbound, outbound, and returned shipments.
- Participate in scheduled weekend tasks for stock control and balance sheet processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
- Fully trained in the Clinical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Willingness to be trained on Electronic Warehouse Pick (EWP) equipment.
- Perform any other duties as trained.
- Tertiary qualification, such as a diploma or equivalent, and/or required training in pharmaceutical services.
- Preferable for candidates to have work experience in warehousing and/or dispensing.
- Ability to lift loads up to 20kg independently.
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Understanding of imports and exports processes and statutory requirements.
- Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills with a full command of English.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules.
- A calm and customer-focused approach.
