• Lead the development and implementation of curriculum programs that align with the school's vision and goals.
• Provide instructional coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve learning outcomes and bring about change in instructional practices.
• Collaborate with the school leadership team to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic excellence and student wellbeing.
• Model exemplary classroom practices and provide feedback to teachers to support their professional growth.
• Use data analysis to inform educational initiatives and improve student outcomes.

• Experience as a Classroom Teacher K-6 with a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
• Experience in leading curriculum development and implementation.
• Experience in leading staff in professional learning and development.
• Demonstrated success in implementing school-wide initiatives that promote academic excellence and student wellbeing.
• Experience in using data analysis to inform educational initiatives.
• Ability to articulate contemporary educational trends and best practices.
• High-order written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong capabilities to lead adult learning and development, including emotional intelligence.

• Tertiary qualification in Education.
• Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• Qualifications at the Highly Accomplished or Lead level of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
