Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Digital HB Tools squad. As a key member of our team, you will work in a consultative environment implementing results of Customer Centred Design work to create simple and effective visual design solutions that meet the needs of a wide range of users.

The role involves delivering improved outcomes for our customers and organisation through visual and intuitive experiences leading to higher satisfaction and better engagement. You will be responsible for full-stack development on property search tools, a suite of online calculators, and calendaring tools for scheduling home loan appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-stack development using .Net 8, React, DP2 (Azure) and DHP (AWS)
  • Implementation of Customer Centred Design work
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Maintenance and enhancement of state-of-the-art tools
Requirements
  • Full-stack senior software engineer experience
  • Experience in developing backend applications using C#, .NET Framework, .Net Core, Web API, and SQL Server
  • Demonstrated experience in frontend development using React.js, Redux, Javascript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, Typescript
  • Sound knowledge of Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with public cloud engineering - AWS or Azure and Kafka/event-based architecture
  • DevOps, CI/CD (GitHub, TeamCity, Artifactory) and security best practices and principles
  • Automated Quality Engineering and Testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Functional/Regression Testing)

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and experience.
