Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality treatments that cater to diverse guest needs, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to creating a serene and welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Share expertise to recommend suitable products and services, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and spa spaces, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Support reception staff with bookings, guest inquiries, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Our spa is open 7 days a week, offering extensive opportunities for shift flexibility. New graduates welcome to apply

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Prior experience in a day spa setting is highly regarded but not essential.
  • An exceptional approach to customer service, delivering personalized attention and care.
  • The ability to actively promote, sell, and upgrade products and services.
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation at all times.
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
