About the Role

As a Counter Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

You will be responsible for greeting all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, determining their needs, and suggesting relevant products by listening to their concerns and sharing your knowledge acquired during training.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for beauty and skincare, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
