Culinary Artisan

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Artisan to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure as part of a team, and have a strong knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Assurance.

• Prepare innovative dishes with a focus on taste and presentation.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu recipes and upgrade existing menus to meet various function and dietary requirements.
• Manage inventory, check stock levels, and order supplies to minimize wastage and control food costs.
• Train new staff members as required and roster the kitchen team effectively.

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a similar environment.
• Completed Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or demonstrated equivalent practical experience.
• Sound knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure as part of a team.
