Logistics/Transportation Leadership

A key figure within a management team, you will oversee a multifaceted supply chain network spanning procurement, inventory management, material coordination, and shipping and receiving.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all supply chain management functions operate within an approved material management program involving control and accountability of materials from requirements through purchasing, storage, issue, and disposal.
  2. Perform relocation and movement of equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, furniture, and systems in accordance with US Government and Host Nation regulations.
  3. Assist in the collection, packing, and shipping of digital/magnetic media in accordance with applicable security and facility regulations.
  4. Maintain and establish Electrostatic Discharge Controls to ensure safety of material and personnel.
  5. Steer warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  6. Craft and execute strategic plans for warehousing to sustain logistics.
  7. Innovate policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Foster partnerships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and teams.
  9. Authorize technical solutions, products, and processes to meet KBR's high standards and client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance or Host Nation PV Clearance.
  • Have solid background in logistics and transportation management with at least 5 years' experience leading large-scale operations.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations management, managing procurement programs, asset management, and transportation areas.
  • Minimum 2 consecutive years of supervisory experience in logistics operations or transportation operations.
  • Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g., LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000).
  • Familiarity with Government Property control/management.
  • Familiarity with 24/7 operational environment.
