Home Care Worker

Our team is seeking an experienced and passionate care worker to join our aged care team in Mandurah. As a care aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
ResponsibilitiesAs a care aide, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting with medication, meal preparation, and domestic assistance
- Supporting clients in the community through social support
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability (highly desirable)
- At least 3 months of relevant care work experience (if holding a relevant certificate) or 6+ months of experience (if not holding a relevant certificate)
- Experience working in a home care or community setting (highly desirable)
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, using digital schedules and care plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45.10 plus superannuation, travel allowance, and discounts from various retailers. We also provide a mobile phone for work purposes and opportunities for professional development and growth.
