Job Title: Energy Compliance Leader - Transmission

We are seeking an experienced Energy Compliance Leader to join our Compliance, Risk & Corporate Affairs team. As an Energy Compliance Leader, you will be responsible for leading the compliance function for AusNet's Transmission business, providing strategic guidance on regulatory matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar compliance role, preferably in the energy sector;
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards related to transmission operations;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
About the Benefits

  • A base salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience;
