About the Role

YNA Your Nursing Agency is a leading provider of staff and technical support solutions in the health sector, nationally. We are seeking an experienced Software Developer (Front End - UX/UI) to join our team in Fullarton, Adelaide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, collaborating with developers and designers to implement responsive, accessible UI/UX solutions, and conducting usability testing to provide feedback on improving user experiences.

This individual will play a key role in shaping the overall user experience, ensuring that our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to implement responsive, accessible UI/UX solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and provide feedback to improve user experiences.
  • Create and maintain design system components for consistency across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface and experience issues reported by users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a UI/UX, front-end development, or software support role.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in XSLT, C#, VB.NET, Flutter, jQuery, MS SQL, Entity Framework, HTML5, WordPress + PHP.

This is a full-time (38 hours per week) role that requires flexibility and adaptability to support additional business needs as they arise. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, and will be able to work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
