Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake quality workmanship on vehicles to ensure a flawless finish.

  • Prep, prime, and paint vehicles according to Job Sheet requirements following the paint supplier's process guidelines.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to achieve a showroom shine.
  • Treat each vehicle with utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Document any extra paint work required beyond the quoted specifications.
  • Notify the production manager of any damage or poor previous repairs observed.
  • Keep the work bay and workshop areas clean and organized.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to apprentices when necessary.
About You:
  • A qualified Spray Painter with at least 3 years of experience.
  • A strong commitment to working in a safe environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • High attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and meet deadlines.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are vital qualities.
  • Owner of tools necessary for fulfilling the responsibilities of the position.
