
Store Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on a leadership role within our organisation. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
You will be responsible for embedding a culture that fosters engagement, motivation, and collaboration among team members. This includes identifying development needs, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and support to succeed.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will also work closely with field managers and merchandising partners to provide insights and recommendations that drive business results. This may involve analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
As a Store Manager, you will be expected to manage store schedules and wages effectively, ensuring that productivity and wage targets are met. You will also play a key role in advocating for the Cotton On Group Foundation, promoting its mission and values, and encouraging team members to get involved in philanthropic initiatives.
