Procurement specialists play a pivotal role in ensuring organizations achieve their strategic objectives through effective sourcing and procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

About This Role

This position involves working closely with senior leadership and category managers to analyze supplier performance, spend visibility, market trends, and risk factors.

You will be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards, and stakeholder insights to support procurement activity and decision-making.

In addition, you will support ESG and modern slavery reporting by gathering and interpreting supplier data.

This is a growing focus area, and you will play a key role in ensuring business compliance and ethical sourcing.

Process improvement will be a key aspect of this role, including refining workflows, updating procurement templates and policies, and identifying automation opportunities using tools like Power BI or Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to inform procurement decisions.
  2. Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies.
  4. Support the development and maintenance of ESG and modern slavery reporting frameworks.
