IT Expert

We are seeking an experienced IT Expert to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide Level 1-3 technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Setup and support server environments (2012, 2016, 2019) including Hyper-V, SQL, Exchange, and third-party solutions.
• Configure and maintain desktop environments (Windows 10 and macOS) and mobile devices (Android and iPhone).
• Support network devices, including Ubiquiti equipment, and cloud solutions such as Microsoft Office 365 and Global Spam Filtering.
• Develop and implement our expanding Cybersecurity Program.
• Work collaboratively with other IT teams and vendors to resolve complex infrastructure or application problems.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Desktop, Server, and Cloud Helpdesk support environment, preferably in an MSP setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in networking, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Routing, NTFS, Azure, RMM, and PSA.
• Logical troubleshooting skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Desire to become a 'Level 7 intrapreneur'.

This is a full-time opportunity with a salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be working in a dynamic team environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. Our office is based in Coffs Harbour, but we also service clients throughout the North Coast region.
