Project Manager Mechanical Installation

As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of mid to large size projects. Your tasks include managing schedules and budgets, delivering SMP installation works on site, liaising with subcontractors, and managing self-perform teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage mid to large size projects to schedule and budget requirements.
  • Maintain timely communication with management regarding quality, schedule, and budget variances.
  • Ensure subordinate or other discipline resources meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Prepare project documents and reports as necessary.
  • Enter data into various platforms accurately.
  • Develop contract amendments, change order documentation, and claims documentation as needed.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Mechanical installation in Water Plants.
  • Prior experience in supervising mechanical equipment and documenting suppliers.
  • An proactive and motivated individual.
  • A team-oriented approach is essential.
