Digital Communications Manager

This position leads digital communications strategy, develops plans, and oversees their execution to support brand objectives and deliver on brand positioning.
The role also leads digital communications for brand partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, develop, and manage the execution of digital communications strategy to deliver against brand & marketing objectives and brand positioning.
- Manage seasonal digital communications briefings and events.
- Oversee the management of media communications and materials.
- Write business and campaign press releases.
- Develop social media strategy.
- Collaborate with Creative Teams and Digital Marketing to determine content approach & type, integrating with brand campaigns and aligning with content/shoot plans.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a similar role managing digital communications and events.
- Exemplary understanding and knowledge of the media landscape and digital communications principles.
- A drive towards contributing towards retail excellence and brand growth.
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Well-developed time management, analytical and organisation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership to motivate and retain teams.
