Legal Counsel

We're seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will provide expert legal guidance and support across various business functions.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent, with admission to practice in Australia
  • Experience in-house, with exposure to governance or company secretarial work
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to assess risk quickly
  • Confident communicator who speaks up when it matters

How You'll Contribute

You'll engage with a varied legal portfolio while supporting the Assistant Company Secretary on board governance and regulatory compliance - making a genuine interest in corporate governance a key asset.

Review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including customer, procurement, consultancy, IT, sponsorship, and leases

Provide legal advice across commercial, consumer, IP, corporate, and property matters

Draft and maintain standard contracts and templates

Manage disputes and support litigation processes

Deliver legal training and guidance to the business

Support the Assistant Company Secretary with board materials, reports, regulatory filings, and governance tasks

Assist with ASX and ASIC compliance, maintaining company registers, and managing employee share plans
