Senior Assistant Manager Position

This is a career-defining role with room to grow and the opportunity to develop and train a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our team in Brisbane, AU.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the team, optimise operations, and ensure the venue's success as a key support to the Venue Manager.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations of the Venue, including open/close, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and assisting guests.
  3. Develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time.
  4. Bring passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests.
  5. Be creative - develop and grow the business through own initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Passion for hospitality industry and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Proven experience in leading and coaching diverse teams within hospitality.
  3. Strong experience across gaming, food, and bars.
  4. Operational experience in achieving financial and business targets.
  5. Highly developed customer service skills.
  6. Qualifications: RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager licence.
