Commercial Gardening and Landscaping Supervisor

We are Property Care Metro, a team dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities to live their chosen lives. As a key member of our Property Care team, you will play a vital role in leading our crew of supported employees in completing gardening, grounds maintenance, and landscaping tasks for our valued clients.

As a Commercial Gardening and Landscaping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and working with our supported employees to ensure the successful completion of tasks. This will include mentoring, inspiring, and guiding our team members to develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and working with supported employees in gardening and grounds work for commercial contracts
  • Supporting employees in learning and developing skills that enable them to pursue their goals and aspirations
  • Ensuring safe work practices, including the operation of equipment
  • Maintaining records on attendance, job sheets, and machine maintenance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A great attitude towards working with people living with disabilities
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for providing guidance and motivation to get the best out of people
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety practices
  • A current Western Australian licence (LR licence highly regarded)
