- Provide clinical services such as wound management, medication management, and palliative care
- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members
- Work with the Clinical Leadership team on complex clinical management
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
Requirements:
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Caring and empathetic
- Able to communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills
- Good assessment/prioritization skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team
- Proficient level of verbal and written communication
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
