Job Opportunity

The Global Immigration practice is a vital component of an international network of offices, staffed by a worldwide team of professionals who specialise in advisory services.

  • We provide compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveller deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance with the relevant authorities.
  • Our team offers strategic advice to help organisations understand and navigate immigration compliance requirements, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
  • We assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their businesses, and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. We execute compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveller deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance with the relevant authorities.
  2. We provide strategic advice to help organisations understand and navigate immigration compliance requirements, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
  3. We assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their businesses, and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.
Requirements
  • Professional Background: A registered migration agent or legal practitioner with 2–4 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, demonstrating solid knowledge of immigration fundamentals and processes.
  • Work Style & Capabilities: Skilled at managing high volumes of work within tight timeframes, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while working independently or collaboratively.
