We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Marketing Associate to join our team at the a2 Milk Company in Southbank, VIC.

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketer to support the Senior Brand Manager and Digital Manager in delivering consumer-centric campaigns across our fresh milk portfolio. As Chief Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our annual marketing brand plan for the ANZ business unit and driving the execution of key brand initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute consumer offline and retailer content from briefing to launch.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Manager to create engaging online and social content.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering Woolworths CPP and Coles Citrus campaigns online.
  • Manage CAD approvals and asset dispatches to all media partners.
  • Oversee marketing spend and reconcile monthly against a marketing tracker.
  • Contribute to monthly demand reviews.
  • Monitor competitor advertising and promotional activity.

Your Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in consumer marketing, preferably in a reputable Consumer Product Goods business. You should have strong digital and social media proficiency, including content development and campaign tracking. Additionally, you will require experience in developing marketing initiatives to increase product visibility on retailer's platforms/in-store and solid financial acumen, including sales forecasting and marketing investment management.

What We Offer:
