Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met in the catering service.
  • Complete food safety record forms as per legislation.
  • Follow strategies in the Food Safety Plan to prevent cross-contamination.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Collect, sort, wash, dry, sort, and distribute clothing and linen as per laundry instructions.
  • Ensure adequate stocks of clean linen, towels, and laundry skip bags are available.
Requirements
  • A Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate (Health Care Competencies).
  • Experience in a similar role in residential care, health care, or hospitality sectors.
  • Knowledge and experience in safe food handling and WH&S.
