• Stay ahead of industry trends, innovations, and customer preferences to keep offerings fresh and engaging.

We're looking for someone who:
• Is self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about great quality coffee.
• Takes an organised, conscientious, and considered approach to building a sales strategy and cultivating relationships.
• Is keen on using technology to make their work life more efficient and fun.
• Wants to stay up-to-date with industry goings-on and is curious and self-motivated to discover.
• Has experience with La Marzocco machines and can talk confidently about coffee-making.
• Is a self-starter who's keen to bring fresh ideas and get things done.
• Is a team player who can communicate effectively from outside the office while also digging in alongside team-mates to get things done back at the roastery.
