Customer Service Team Lead

For more than 30 years, customers have trusted Petbarn for exceptional products, outstanding service, expert advice, and an unparalleled shopping experience. We are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Derwent Parkstore.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- High motivation and a proactive attitude
- Integrity and strong communication skills
- Composure under pressure and stress
- Determination to succeed and achieve high standards
- An eye for detail and a hands-on approach
- At least two years of experience working in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong merchandising skills and a commitment to pet care
The successful candidate must be reliable, flexible, and able to work weekends. This role may require lifting heavy items, such as bags of dog food.
