About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our team at Silver Chain Group Limited. This is a permanent opportunity to work in a high-volume health services environment, requiring excellent time management and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and roster direct care providers to ensure continuous high-quality service provision to clients.
  • Analyse provider availability and rounds allocated to optimise resource allocation.
  • Monitor, manage and action notifications received from providers.
  • Maintain data integrity within management systems to ensure accurate rostering and compliance with contractual and accreditation requirements.
  • Process planned and unplanned leave, including holiday period leave.
  • Verify and follow-up discrepancies in direct care providers' timesheets and authorisation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Line Manager and team as delegated.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a rostering or scheduling position is highly desirable.
  • Flexible to work varied rosters within operating hours and willing to travel to other offices in the Perth metropolitan region.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and listening) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to autonomously manage time and organise workload effectively.
  • An empathetic approach to dealing with client and provider scheduling issues.
