  • Key Responsibilities:
    • SOE packaging and task sequencing
    • Administration and support of Windows 10 and 11

  • Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of Intune and SOE environment setup and management
    • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Active Directory (Group Policy Management)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender Application Control (WDAC)
    • Strong scripting ability in PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch
    • Experience with task sequencing and endpoint configuration
    • Proven experience in large-scale software deployments
    • Ability to maintain and enhance configurations, user policies, and security settings using Intune
    • Familiarity with best practices and ITIL processes
    • Experience performing hardware and operating system upgrades
    • Provide maintenance and enhancements for desktop operating system images (physical and virtual)
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Active Australian Government security clearance (NV1 essential)
    • ITIL certification (desirable)
