Career OpportunitiesWe are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Officer to join our team at Oaks Port Douglas Resort. This role involves maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas, as well as carrying out repairs within the property.
Responsibilities- Maintain the overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas;
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks as required;
- Provide induction and supervision to external contractors;
- Implement preventative maintenance programs for each property;
- Maintain accurate records of daily work and service schedules;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in building maintenance;
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Excellent time management skills;
- An excellent work ethic and ability to work independently;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
