About the Role:

KBR Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations, including shipping, delivery, and inventory management, in accordance with defence quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the codification, cataloguing, and disposal of Defence ICT Assets.
  • Assist in 6-monthly reconciliations with CIs within the Configuration Management Database.
  • Develop and maintain an asset inventory level, including accuracy of records within TAMIT and/or MILIS.
  • Conduct surface maintenance (dusting/vacuuming, charging, etc.).
  • Manage Scheduled Electrical Integrity Testing (EIT) and tagging of physical assets.
  • Update Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and relevant Asset management systems, providing reporting and required certificates for items that have been securely disposed of.
  • Ensure items are fit for purpose, meet the power, weight, heat, and size requirements, pass the Land Material Safety Manual (LMSM), Defence Seaworthiness, and ICT Technical Regulation requirements.
  • Coordinate warehousing and transportation of goods with OEM suppliers or existing Defence supply-support facilities and distribution services.
  • Support transportation (including safe hand and packaging) of Defence ICT equipment between military operation and exercise areas, including ships/platforms.

Requirements:

  • Defence recognised SCM qualifications and experience with Supply Chain Management tools and technology (e.g., MILIS, TAMIT).
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and accuracy when multitasking across multiple activities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, building trusting, respectful, and resilient professional relationships.
  • NV1 Security clearance (with the ability to upgrade to NV2 if required).
