Solicitor - Dispute Resolution


">Description of the Role:

The role involves providing support to clients in the area of disputes, with a particular focus on regulatory investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with regulators and providing proactive advice on minimising reputational damage, as well as client/customer facing experience dealing with disputes and hardship matters.

">About You:
  • You have a minimum of 6 years' experience in dispute resolution;
  • You have the ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory laws and regulations;
  • You can hit the ground running and work closely with a fast-paced team;
  • You are able to work autonomously and prioritise;
  • You have a current practising certificate;
  • You have the right to live and work in Australia.
