Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and professional Casual Front of House Superstar to join our team at Strike Bowling Frankston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a fun and welcoming atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a memorable experience for our guests
  • Be trained in all areas of our business, including our bar and activities
  • Host functions and events, including hen's and buck's parties, kid's birthdays and corporate events
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

Requirements
