About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc. As an Exercise Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering evidence-based health and wellness programs to our clients in Darwin.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Apply quality diagnostics and treatment skills to meet the needs of our clients
• Contribute positively to multi-disciplinary care planning for our clients
• Deliver reablement pathways that ensure client physical, social, and mental health benefits
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional self-development in the field of clinical exercise

**Requirements**
• Accredited Exercise Physiologist with an appropriate tertiary qualification and current registration with Exercise and Sports Science Australia
• Experience in delivering health literacy to clients and designing, implementing, and evaluating safe and effective exercise interventions for older people
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use the Google Suite and various in-house databases

**What We Offer**
• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
