About this Role

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of individuals with disabilities and supporting them in their personal and professional growth.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You will work closely with your team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

  • Lead a team of supported employees to achieve their goals and objectives.
