Job Opportunity: Support Services Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Support Services Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in various areas such as food services, cleaning, linen, and waste management.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, previous experience in food, housekeeping, or hotel services, as well as experience in cleaning, catering, laundry, or housekeeping services. They will also demonstrate a commitment towards professional development and maintenance of mandatory competencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality support services in food services, cleaning, linen, and waste management.
  • Deliver these services with minimal disruption to daily activities.
  • Support the safety of residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Reflect the residents' individual preferences and choices.
